Compound Discoverer offers a suite of processing tools, called Nodes, which can be assembled into a processing workflow in many different ways depending on the kind of experiment you have performed and the questions you have to answer.  These workflows can be saved and reused as templates.  In addition, users can even design and write their own Nodes for use in Compound Discoverer.
